- Preserving, planting, and maintaining trees in Fairfax County;

- Educating the public on the value and benefits of trees;

- Teaching and encouraging the public to take an active role in caring for trees; and

- Training volunteers to carry out our work.

Fairfax Tree Stewards is a Virginia nonprofit corporation organized in March 2022. It is a 501(c)(3) charitable tax-exempt organization.  FTS carries insurance for its activities.
